friendly remider that you aren’t LGBT if you’re both cis and het, and you wanting to have sex or not doesn’t change this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Friendly reminder that Asexual means that you lack sexual attraction, and it doesn’t mean that you dont want to have sex, and has nothing to do with whether you like sex or not

Just wondering how do you define sexual attraction @azzy-against-aphobes

Sexual attraction is attraction on the basis of sexual desire or the quality of arousing such interest. Sexual attractiveness or sex appeal is an individual’s ability to attract the sexual or erotic interest of another person, and is a factor in sexual selection or mate choice. -Wikipedia

Sex drive (n.) the urge to seek satisfaction of sexual needs.

Not wanting sex- not wanting to have sex

One is an attraction to someone, one is a physical uge, not aimed at anything other than satisfaction, and one is not wanting to do something

You can have a sex drive, or have sexual attraction, and not want sex. You can have a sex drive, but not any sexual attraction to someone, or want to have sex

Sex drive =/= sexual attraction

@azzy-against-aphobes i hope this helps, this is all i know based on what Wikipedia, Urban Dictonary, and what other people have said

What Being Triggered Is Not: overreacting, being sensitive, having different opinions than you, correcting you on your offensive jokes

What A Trigger Is: a stimulus that causes extreme reactions in mentally ill people, often to the extent of panic attacks
