In Fallout: New Vegas you can unlock a secret area by reaching level 50, getting idolized by every faction, eating Benny’s corpse using the cannibal perk and making peace between Caesar’s Legion and the NCR. This will open a portal in the Courier’s grave, back in the Goodsprings Cemetery. Inside is the final boss: Johnny Guitar.
