Look I know some people give Cash back when returning items purchased with Debit but THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

“I can’t give you cash back. It’ll go back into your debit card since that’s how you paid.”
“I paid with cash.”

“It is when you take the money out of my account right away! I want it back on right away I’m not waiting two weeks!”
“We do release the funds right away it’s your bank that takes that time to process it and–”

My manager then argued with him for a solid five minutes about debit not being the same as cash.
