Something that’s almost never covered in fantasy mediums is common names.
Like we all know fantasy names are unusual, but any name to a foreign culture is considered unusual English names to Indian people are very unusual for example. But naturally, given that it’s an entire culture, there will be some common names, it’d be refreshing to at one point here this exchange.

DSA (a German fantasy P&P RPG) actually has the name Alrik, which is hugely popular in the universe. Everyone is Alrik.
This is also a great excuse to use “X the Y” or “X of Y” type names without being pretentious. Calling someone “Thognor The Stout” goes from pomposity to practicality if he lives down the road from Thognor The Small.

As some of you may know, Maisie Williams has recently had two private photos from her private Facebook account leaked online. It was leaked by a person who has done this previously with celebrities such as Drake, Katy Perry and Channing Tatum.
Reddit is responsible for posting Maisie’s private photos on their website despite the fact that her rep has said that these pictures were not of a sexual nature and were supposed to be shared privately with a small group of friends. Maisie has not intended her photos to go viral or hear terrible rumours about herself based on these pictures.
The two pictures are featured with her JUST having her bare back to the camera (not exposing anything explicit) while wearing bikini bottoms. I will repeat this again; these pictures were not of explicit or sexual nature trying to reach for attention but were intended to be shared with a small group of friends on a private account and chat.
Reddit’s admins are now considering Maisie’s pictures as nudes and as public property now that it’s online. We all know as a community that this is wrong. Don’t you guys think that a woman’s modesty should be protected and not exposed for the whole world to see? Don’t you think that these people who are doing this stupid shit need to see that she did not want this to happen?
^^The link above leads to the Reddit page which someone has posted one of the pictures publicly and I’m presenting this to you guys so you could read the vile comments; not to show off her picture. Most of the comments are written by perverted, simple minded and obviously mildly educated people who don’t define the situation further than their eyes could see.
All I’m asking is to think about this; even if you do not like Maisie Williams, please think about how women in society are still seen as sexual objects and that this event is just an example of how this will not stop. Most innocent women are targeted so often in society and are accused of being skimpy and attention seeking. Maisie and victims like her (celebrity or not, female or not), are not Kylie Jenner, Bella Thorne, the Kardashians, etc. They do not frequently take explicit photos to share online. And it’s not until we start taking a stand that this will cease.
If you do want these pictures taken down to protect Maisie Williams’ modesty or to just generally protect the modesty of women with problems such as this (whether it would be you, someone you know or your role model), please reblog and like this. Spread this note to every Maisie Williams and Game of Thrones blog, to every feminist blog, every LGBT blog that does support this cause and anyone who genuinely cares about this problem. I want as many people possible to take part in this cause.
Once this note spreads far enough throughout Tumblr, I will create a petition with the support of this website and I would really appreciate and be extremely thankful to those who will sign up for this petition. Once the petition is created I will send out a link to Tumblr.
