THE WORST MASS SHOOTING IN AMERICA HAS OCCURRED IN ORLANDO FLORIDA ON SATURDAY JUNE 11TH AT ABOUT 0200AM.
A SHOOTER WITH A ASSAULT RIFLE AND HAND GUN ENTERED A MAJOR LGBT NIGHT CLUB AND KILLED 50 PEOPLE, INJURING ANOTHER 53 PEOPLE.
FOR REFERENCE THE VIRGINIA TECH MASSACRE, NOW THE SECOND LARGEST SHOOTING, HAD 36 KILLED AND 17 INJURED.
SOMEONE DECIDED TO WALK INTO AN LGBT CLUB, DURING PRIDE MONTH, AND… and do this to us. The media outlets, like CBS/Fox/Daily Mail are claiming it was Islamic Extremist. Though no Islamic groups, to date, have taken responsibility.
This was a hate crime. Against us. Against our community.

Well, it’s not a nutty concern. It does happen. Not just on tumblr, but on any site. People disappear for whatever reasons, some come back and some don’t.
That’s actually why I always make a post about it if I’ll be without Internet for a while or away from my computer. To not worry people.
I once had an online friend so concerned about me missing from dA after losing my computer he called over the phone although we live in different countries. Just to make sure I was okay and find out why I stopped getting online.
It’s a reminder that people we know online ain’t “just” part of the screen in front of us. Even people we don’t know worry for us.
I can assure you I ain’t losing interest in tumblr anytime soon though. Sure I won’t update as much all the time, but I won’t just disappear for good without an explanation or goodbye. I closed down Star Shot’s blog with an explanation and a thank you to all her followers, where I could just have turned my back to it without a word. It was registered on a different email, I wouldn’t have to pay it any attention.
But I hate the thought of just disappearing without a word of explanation.
Because I know people care.
Heck, in worst case scenario, I even got a hidden letter in my room in case something happens to me, with info to log on my accounts and let my watchers and followers know what happened to me.
If that’s not nutty…
Who just stops updating a blog without any word or anything? That would be mean.
seriously. The only thing that’s even more of a dick move is not updating fora year and then declaring on the blog that it’s in definite hiatus because you’re too attached to close it.
