The shards unanimously start chanting “no” when Steven tells them they’ll destroy the earth if they form;
these Crystal Gems, even after having their consciousnesses shattered to the point where they have “no idea who they are or what’s happening around them”, and being left all alone for thousands of years, still wish to protect the earth at their core.
Steven Universe episode 1: Steven thinks he can only use magic by eating ice cream!
Steven Universe episode 80: Steven pacifies a writhing mass of the fractured souls of millions who should be dead in order to prevent them from wiping out all life

an assortment of lines from the movie “hoodwinked” in no particular order
also, looking at it now, she has a triangle hair and some sort of eyeware. No clue what the significance of this is but maybe it was a peridot who came up with the idea of the cluster anyways
Hear me out everyone: This part of the mural is a “future vision” of Peridot going down in the drill to help/ kill the cluster.
…still think it could the a (yellow) diamond tho…
I like that theory but does that mean rose quartz is going to return?
Probably because Americans are too stupid to tell the difference because our troops and the Iraqi troops. http://ifun.ru/view/238960. That’s Iraqi security forces. He’s not deliberately pointing his weapon at them. The dude is coming around the corner, and you lead with your weapon. You stick your head out first without having your weapon at the ready and you’re gonna get fucking killed. They were conducting a raid that lead to the arrest of 54 people tied to terrorist organizations.
You know, those people that like to blow up buildings and execute people on youtube videos and all that. But no, America is evilz.
Look at that trigger discipline though
In the event that anyone doesn’t feel like cracking Google Translate, the heading above this picture (shown in the first link) reads “Iraqi security forces raided the villages of the district of Arab Jabour and detained 54 people suspected of ties to al-Qaeda, July 20, 2012. Please research and gather facts before commenting.
basically the aftermath of this photo was “get somewhere safe maam”
LOL
slapped with knowledge
Damn right.
That trigger discipline is fucking beautiful too.
And if you actually notice, he doesn’t even have the barrel pointed at them, he has it pointed past them. The first thing I looked at was the woman, then the trigger discipline.
Lets not forget that the entire problem with the Iraqi insurgency was and still is, you know, civilians with bombs. A large number of them have even been women and children. I wouldn’t blame a soldier for pointing a gun at a civilian when the civilian could be a threat. As long as the soldier doesn’t shoot the civilian without provocation, then there’s no harm done.
Now if a soldier does shoot an unarmed civilian without provocation, that shit should be going through due process, because that’s a criminal act. Unfortunately militaries the world over are more likely to just cover that stuff up than actually do justice.
