I’m not gonna lie. I like the idea of having the shopkeeper bunny as Undyne. But it doesn’t really make sense, and the bunny doesn’t even have a name!
But I’ll give you this.
Because she really looks like she could beat anyone’s ass.
Also, she would share recipes with Grillby and that would be seriously adorable.

I’m not sure about the Ruins Keeper Gaster. I just doesn’t make any sense and someone has to replace Asgore and Asriel. I mean, the only characters that would kinda fit the empty spaces would be these guys.
I still don’t think this is the best idea for the role swap. But I couldn’t get these ideas out my mind, so I just scribbled them. For some reason Asriel really likes Grillby.

The problem with this is that it feels unfair to have these characters doing so little stuff.
the platypus is a damn mary sue animal it’s got a beak and lays eggs but it’s a mammal and also it’s venomous and has a beaver tail and webbed feet and purple eyes that change color depending on its mood and both its parents are dead and it was locked up in the royal canterlot dungeon because its pyromancy was too powerful but harry potter was in love with it and broke it out of prison with the help of sam and dean who are also in love with it and its mother was an angel so it’s half celestial
