well that’s up to congress. Congress has to agree with the president in order for policies to get passed and more often than not, they either change the bill to be unrecognizable or they flat out deny it. That’s one of the reasons the affordable health care act was a flop.
I am so sorry, but this is actually probably true. Plants co evolved to reward us for cultivating and propagating them.
