Garnet as a person is a ace and feels no attraction other than platonic for anyone.
Ruby and sapphire are hardcore lesbians but garnet is her own person. She is not two people. That was one of the most important thing about fusions. If the people fusing have a deep relationship, the fusion is not just an amalgamation between the two. That’s why malachite is still jasper and lapis whereas garnet is garnet.

Ruby and sapphire as individuals are lesbian.But the thing is that Garnet turns down advances not because she doesn’t feel an attraction, but because she is that relationship. She said it in episode 56 “Love Letters” to Jamie, and in the most recent episode 78 “Log Date 7 15 2″ with the line “I am Peter and Percy.” Garnet recognizes that she is a whole new being when fused, but she treats it as a physical manifestation of their relationship, because that is what it is. If this relationship is destabilized, the fusion falls apart.
But she still doesn’t feel attraction towards other people other than platonic which is what makes her ace.
