Basically able to change and enforce what people are capable of becoming. Kinda vague and odd, but possibly incredibly powerful.
For example, I just give myself the potential to be a millionaire supreme artistic genius with a dash of sex god on the side, and bam–It’s all I’m destined to be. And I could change that to whatever else I may decide.

I’m glad a game exists now that can move kids today as much as games from my childhood moved me. Let the kids have their damn vote and stop putting so much stock into Chrono Trigger, FF6/7, Earthbound, Super Mario and fucking Ocarina of Time. I loved them too. I’m thirty. Those were my games. Okay? But Undertale? Undertale is a good. damn. Game. It IS! Actually play it.
It has HEART and it’s taken me out of a very dark and awful place and it’s done that for countless others, too.
