idk if you know this, but when I played through the game I managed to steal his hat off his head and after that he literally looks like an ice cube;
which….to be honest just kinda confuses me more
This is going to sound crazy, but roll with me on this.
When you steal the hat, Ice Cap’s name just changes to “Ice.”
So, what I think is happening is that you aren’t stealing their physical cap.
You’re stealing the word “cap” from their name, which then turns them into Ice.
