My response is to this post toward the situation regarding my friends @jitterbugjive and @jestre and to their dear pet rat family, one in which I was a sponsor or godfather to one of them. So this compels me, in reason, to address the dishonourable sir in his undue comments.

This webcomic was made into a meme for a variety of reasons, most of which circle around the poor skill and mean personality of the artist. In this particular update in the webcomic, the main character’s longtime girlfriend suffers a spontaneous abortion, or a miscarriage.
The idea of the comic becoming a meme was much like the pepe meme: how far can OP deconstruct it while still keeping it recognizable?
OP has deconstructed it so far that the main character is represented by a glass of beer; the nurse is represented by a bunch of grapes; the doctor by a second glass of beer; and the girlfriend by two pieces of sushi.
The joke is compounded by the fact that the text message, much like the fictional fetus, failed to deliver.

it’s almost like when you complain about someone getting support for their pets and literally say that you wish the pets die, there are negative reprecutions. You basically went “HEY, WHY DOES JITTERS GET SUPPORT AND NOT ME!?” like some entitled brat.
Nobody owes you anything and the people who support jitters rats do so of their own free will.
