Sans used to be a really active guy before all this reset and time traveling nonsense started
Now he pushes himself to feel anything anymore

Interesting theory. But what if this.
Because of the inevitable resets, he makes sure to make all his friends as happy as possible. He cares deeply for everyone and doesn’t WANT to hurt anyone which is why he has 1 hp and 1 attack.
