Normally that is true but pearl is a gem and dancing with a partner usually leads to fusion, which is a serious thing to them. Fusion is a bond between to people, a powerful bond, I mean look at garnet. So by extension, dancing is similar. Remember how offended she was when greg first asked her to dance? That’s because dancing is more serious to them. When she finally danced with greg, it wasn’t just a dance, it was somewhat a fusion. That is what makes it no different than when she danced with rose to make rainbow quartz.
Also the point of that post was that she doesn’t despise men. Hell, the only one she ever despised was greg because she blamed him for roses death, but she finally accepted it wasn’t his fault and he lost her too. It was roses choice. As for shrugging of mayor dewey, it’s not disgust towards men, it’s disgust towards humanity as a whole. Remember how she thought humans were a waste of time up until steven started getting her to actually get to know humans like connie?

The context is she shared the same dance between two different people at different points in her life, a dance that is important to her due to how offended she was when greg originally asked to dance. It’s the same dance, the same situation. If one was romantic, so was the other. Also she said dancing with greg was priceless.

Or are you just gonna ignore the whole point of the episode, which was that pearl is finally moving on and accepts that it was roses choice. Peale and greg being a couple doesn’t undo the fact that she had a thing for rose which is why it would make her bi.

Diamond could still be a title. Like, yellow diamond isn’t actually a diamond gem, just a really powerful gem and influential. And from what we’ve seen about roses power which includes being able to possess, heal, create an organic army, telepathy, fly and who knows what else… of diamond is a title of power, then she more than earns it.
