seriously did bill just settle into being a dad to make sure his little doom rugrats would grow up to bring about the end of the world. did he make awful dad jokes. did he practice being distant and emotionally unavailable in front of a mirror.
i mean it would CERTAINLY explain why the twins are so fucking messed up and why stanford is manipulative and obsessed with the supernatural and susceptible to flattery and why stanley knows how to cheat and lie and con people and why he and bill kinda talk the same and have some similar mannerism (jesus, the first moment we see stanley in the intro song he’s wearing an eyepatch and waving a cane around)
