I prefer the one about hte kid who is looking for his lost friend and ends up having to stop the apocalypse by summoning giants to stop a child from dropping the moon on the world causing an extinction level event.
The only surgery I’ve ever had was after my lung collapsed down 47% and they stuck a camera in my chest cavity and roughed up the lining so they could use my blood as an adhesive to mind the lung back to the chest wall. I then spent about a week with a tube in my side that was keeping air out of my chest cavity. It was all rather clean except the tube which looked gross.
