If an artist draws something for someone at no cost, that person is either very special to them, or it was a personal choice and a mutual agreement between the artist and the recipient.
Artists who make a living by their art do not deserve harassment from people who feel entitled to free art.
Why is this so hard for people to understand.
In my neighborhood there is a tiny ice cream truck that’s probably run by a dude named Mario since it says “Mario’s Ice Cream” and the logo that accompanies it is literally just Boo Mario from Super Mario Galaxy, with its tiny arms cut off and the M on the hat replaced with the words “Mario’s ice cream” in comic sans and the whole thing is plopped on top of an ice cream cone so it looks like a scoop of ice cream and i just… no, I’ll try to approximate what it looks like
This. This is what I see every time I need to get groceries. Every time, every single time, I have to cycle by this shit. It’s unavoidable. Mario’s ice cream cannot be stopped It is invincible
