The ideals of the CEO do not encompass those of the company as a whole, and he has disagreed with the direction of Marvel before such as Marvel making a Captain Marvel, female-lead film.
A billionaire donated a million to a bigot’s veteran’s fund. That doesn’t make the company evil,
