Well, I picked this one up at Claire’s a few years ago. That’s a girl’s accessories retailer, but maybe it still counts.

Well everybody, I guess fedoras don’t turn you into all of those things. But I have realized an amazing concept. Maybe assholes are just assholes regardless of what they wear!
Let’s put it this way: if you wouldn’t call a woman a slut based on her clothes, why label somebody for wearing a fedora or Brony shirt?
Mind you, there are plenty of people out there who wear fedoras or are Bronies and are jerks. However, there are plenty of people (like me, my fiance, at least four of my friends, and even my neck bearded friend) who wear fedoras and are nice. The first thing I noticed about my fiance back in high school was he had this really cool design on the band of his fedora; he actually helped me get out of an abusive relationship and we’ve been inseparable ever since. My neck-beard friend always gives his whole heart to the women he knows regardless of his relationship to them because he respects them. My guy friends who wear fedoras are nicer than many of the women I’ve known or met in my life.
The bottom line is, nobody should be judged based on their outfit choice, but instead should be judged on their actions, personality, and attitude. Stereotypes are dumb, and tumblr should be the first place to understand that!
tl,dr:When you meet someone who’s a total jerk and wearing a fedora, don’t blame the fedora, blame the jerk! Stereotypes and labels are stupid. Don’t be a hypocrite about it either! How hard is that?

How can an asexual person have sex with someone, if they’re not sexually attracted to them?
An asexual’s body is perfectly functional. It reacts to touch just like anyone else’s, meaning, an asexual will experience physical arousal and likely feel appropriate pleasure from sex when touched in a way that feels good to them personally. Asexuality isn’t the lack of sexual functions, it’s the lack of sexual attraction only, and sex can be present without specific attraction. For example, a sex positive asexual might have a what appears to be a quite active sex life for other reasons than attraction solely; emotional bonding, physical pleasure, relaxation and fun are just some reasons to like sex, even with the “kicker” being gone from the act.
The lack of sexual attraction doesn’t automatically mean a partner is undesirable to an ace - it just means they aren’t specifically attractive in that certain way. Other motivations may take over, or they may not.
