anyway if someone says you hurt them it doesn’t matter your intention or even it was just a joke, what matters is your reaction and so far you two are being pretty defensive over me just pointing out that you shouldn’t invalidate people’s experience based on whether they have or haven’t performed a certain action in the past.

Okay and I get it, but just because I make a joke doesn’t mean that I think the opinions of aces aren’t valid because they’ve never had sex. just because my joke reminds you of that doesn’t mean that’s what I feel or meant upon making the joke. I never said that and that isn’t how I feel. I was making a joke that was directed more towards the Homestuck fandom than the aces anyway and it had to do with sex so I put it on my NSFW blog to keep my main blog clean. And just because I made a joke about a fandom doesn’t mean that I think the opinion of Homestucks or whatever fandom I’ve joked about are invalid either. It was a joke. A joke that my friend, who IS ACE and had READ HOMESTUCK laughed at.
