Why I like that quote so much too.
The one who tries the hardest to help and cheer people up are often those who knows best how being at your lowest feel. Either to fight off a constant sense of hopelessness and depression, or from past experiences they wouldn’t wish others to go through as well.
I’m happy they included that, to show happy people aren’t just purely happy. Everyone got a story or something deeper. It can be a motivation to who they are. A proof that no matter how down you are or have been, you can grow to be happy one way or another.
