i am not immune to the “character’s eyes glow when they use their powers” trope
i have this disease that makes me find it hot as fuck when a character’s eyes glow as a warning when they’re really angry or upset and about to use every last shred their power to absolutely waste the shit out of the target of their rage it’s called having excellent taste
people will see the facts about msg and still say how it makes THEM sleepy/gives them headaches but they have probably eaten other foods with plenty of msg but because they didn’t know, or it wasn’t specifically chinese food, they didn’t get symptoms 🤔 hmmm
if you claim you get sleepy or headaches from msg because you ate chinese food but you eat KFC, chick fil a, doritos, pringles, canned soup, frozen meals, most processed meat, many kinds of seasoning blends and condiments, seasoned steak at a restaurant, foods with tomato/cheese!!! and never once had a problem. you are lying to yourself and others due to the racist history of msg fear/chinese food
