Why do people always make their pony OC’s born in/ live in ponyville? I mean there are so many other towns and cities in Equestria.
Both of my OCs came from canterlot. One lives in a town called maple valley I think and the other is a drifter.
That’s what I would like to see more fans do, to live in more diverse places than the average towns. Your OCs are unique because one lives in a place I never heard of and can give it a lot of more character than somepony who lives in ponyville, while the other can get a lot of knowledge about places because they’ve been to different towns.
Mapel Valley is the town from one of my friends blogs, lavenderswirlsays. It has a bunch of OCs in it and no canon characters. I make a rule of thumb to avoid canon characters as much as possible when involving an OC so her town was perfect. The drifter character goes from town to town killing ponies she considers parasites and takes their blood.

Just keep drawing, and don’t give up.
Find something that doesn’t hurt to look at. Neon colours in excess are very unappealing as well as black on dark backgrounds..

Well they’ve started having the Black Friday says as early as Thursday now, so sure, who needs Thanksgiving? Welcome your new tradition of macing the other shoppers to get thru the lines to the cheap TVs quicker!
Black Friday wasn’t even a thing until the mid 1900s. It’s not even supposed to be connected to thanksgiving and the fact that it’s being “celebrated” a day early is almost as disgusting as the peolpe who are blaming my generation (the ones that have to work on thanksgiving instead of being home with their family because of it)
