I really hate when people make Undertale edits and then claim that they’re hidden things in the game. Just please own up and say you did a thing instead of spreading misinformation for all the gullible people like myself?

That, as well as the “patch that some people got to test” that if you put in your computer’s date as October 31st, it would change several things in the game to be Halloween-themed.
Like don’t get me wrong, that was cool, especially the Halloween one, but oh man I just ate out of that person’s hand all believing in it and waiting for the patch until someone kindly told me it was faked.
There’s another one, too, that I can’t tell if it’s real or fake, but because I feel so lied to about the other thing, and I don’t have the time to do a pacifist run right now, I can’t find out if it’s real or not- concerning Sans all tied up near the Spider bake-sale.
The Grillby one I can tell is fake because… well.. the in-game-fight art is uh.. not consistent in style with the actual game, and Megalovania backwards is no.
But I’m also not happy with this trend. I’m way too gullible for this, and I want to be able to take people at their word and actually trust people.
I fell for the halloween one and grillbeys ones as well.
And Im falling for the sans one. Ill test it out on my next pacifist run.not to mention it can rly fuck with people who have a hard time with dissociation and unreality problems. like can we please, please, please drop this fad?
psa: the grillby fight, halloween patch, sans in muffet’s lair, the new sans phase, and the grillby shop tab are all fake, and this is a trend that needs to stop

I actually get asked to see a lot of portfolio’s while I’m at cons. And while I LOVE looking at other people’s art and offering critiques if they ask, it’s sort of cringe-y to be handed a messy stack of papers or something. Nice portfolio’s look so much more professional!
