It would be nice if tumblr included such a button by default, but I personally don’t see it as a reason to not follow someone if I like what I’m seeing.
If they don’t have many posts, like only 10 or 15 pages worth of story, I’ll check it out, but when it gets to be like 35 or 50+ pages of story alone, then that is off putting. Especially if it isn’t tagged properly making it hard to follow.

Thar’s another reason it pissed me off
There was a confession about an oc saying it was a ripoff of milky way but the only similarity I can tell is the colour scheme. When there are thousands of people making OCs every day, some are bound to have similar colours. Hell, it even happened to me. It wasn’t until someone pointed out that my OCs colours are similar to pun ponys colours and I made mine to test out a new art program.
