Children’s drawings of people are almost always terrifying.
One time, I was babysitting my little cousin while she was sick. She was going through an imaginary friend phase and always talked about “Joey” or some shit like that. But it was cute so we were all cool with Joey.
So she’s sick and doesn’t really feel like doing anything, but eventually I come up with the idea of coloring and she gets excited.
I get out the supplies and she tells me she’s going to draw a picture of Joey. At this point, I should’ve realized how textbook-horror this was, but I forged on.
We get to drawing and she won’t let me look (“No peeking! He’s not ready.”) until finally she seems satisfied and gets ready to show me her portrait of Joey.
“Ready?”
“Let’s see!”
Mother. Fucking. Joey.
Has spiky orange hair. A blue suit.
Long. Black. Fucking claws.
And huge. BLOOD RED. Eyes.
“…………….oh! He looks… Nice!”
And this is where shit gets all Paranormal Activity.
My cousin, the demonic shit she is, slowly smiles and goes,
“He’s right behind you.”
Fucking hell.
My body goes cold. There is a demon behind me and as if it couldn’t be worse…
“He’s giving you a hug!”
I swear to fucking Jesus, the right side of my body started to burn.
So I slowly pat the invisible shit demon next to me and try not to let it smell the fear/shit in my pants.
And that’s the story of how I got a hug from a fucking demon that a child drew.
You know when people make theories about shows and it’s all fun and people are like “if this is true, I’m gonna laugh?” I don’t think I will be laughing at this one if it’s confirmed
In a lot of the SU episodes rose doesn’t show her eyes? It makes her look… Almost evil? Like legit? Even in the extended theme thing she doesn’t show her eyes and it’s just??? It did the same thing with pearls projection in Sworn To The Sword
the people who try to deny that rose looked sinister are ignoring that the crew purposely put lots of expression in their drawings to get a feeling across in the show, for example, rose is hunched over steven, grinning, eyes hidden and all, is supposed to look sinister/evil
if they wanted to make her look.. not sinister, she would have her back straight, eyes visible but closed, and a peaceful smile
just look at the difference, this was obviously intentional
