I found it interesting that in Connie and Pearl’s song she states “deep down, you know you’re not meant for fighting” which, backed up by Sugar’s statement of the gems working together to be odd, I’d like to think that pearls have a very specialised job in the gemworld, that does not involve any sort of combat. Just a tidbit.
THere’s the theory that pearls are mainly meant to be servents to the diamonds which would explain her being in lesbians with rose considering there is even more evidence backing up the rose quartz/pink diamond theory.
Before anyone bangs my inbox down about the whole XDS thing maybe being a hoax, let me tell you something that will hopefully save you the trouble.

It’s still something I’d love to have. It’s something a lot of people would love to have. And hopefully, somehow, Nintendo is seeing the reaction to this and seeing that it is something a lot of people want - and they will find a way to make it happen.
Because they love money and so many people are willing to throw it at them right now if this could only be real.
