Except that none of this is true. Many trans people, myself in included, enjoy genderbends, because we realize that they don’t actually have anything to do with us. A genderbend is nothing like a trans headcanon, and the one can’t replace the former.
Genderbends are great ways to explore presentation, sexism, or just experiment with character design. They are not hurting trans people.

Sonic Underground features some of the worst animation I’ve ever seen in a TV show. There’s barely any movement, terrible perspective (as perfectly demonstrated in the last two screenshots), and the characters look just plain ugly. This series was simply put, the lowest point in Sonic’s TV career.
