i am actually super creeped out by the fact that the whole fandom ignored the fact that jasper gave a child a black eye because she’s hot and you all want her to step on you like good to know injuring a child is excusable behavior as long as the injuring party is hot
meanwhile greg does his best to support his child with the little money he has because the gems don’t make money but he’s not allowed to live with his own son because of his training and he supports steven consistently and unconditionally but he’s the worst father ever because he’s fat and poor

if i was in a fictional universe i wouldn’t be the main character i’d probably be that friend of the main character who lacks supernatural powers or special abilities but makes up for it with sarcasm and really lame one-liners
