I can understand people who go vegan I cannot understand people who go vegan and start spreading dangerous lies about how vaccinations work, about different chemicals used in food processing, about antibiotics or other things. In Sci-Fi universes these days there’s so many alien races that once existed and left all this tech behind and they’re always called something like “the Ancients” or whatever. The Protheans from Mass Effect, the Forerunners from Halo and the Eridians from Borderlands are just a few examples.
I just wanna see a race that hasn’t disappeared or been killed but already calls themselves something impressive and egotistical just because they’re a bunch of self-centered a-holes. It’d be hilarious.
Babylon 5 had one race who called themselves The Shadows.
