UHMMMM. Y’know how I’ve been talking about my children’s story/comic school assignment for months now, well, I finished it. I only had a week to do it so the art is really inconsistent (It gets worse with each page), it’s not the greatest writing at all, I kinda CONSIDER IT A FIRST draft but whoo hoo this is really embarrassing, it’s done, here it is. Artists have lives outside of the website they post their art on.
Don’t get pissy and upset and complain to the artist that you commissioned that you haven’t recieved your art.
it’s understandable that you want it done in a reasonable time, but if they have contacted you and told you it may take a little longer than usual, don’t get upset.
I remember somewhere someone was complaining about how long a FREE REQUEST was taking and then had the gall to bitch the artist out when the artist got fed up and just said something like “I’m not doing the thing you want me to do anymore because of your attitude”
