For quite a while I’ve been dealing with personal things but it wasn’t until recently that it got to the point where I looked for help. I would like to thank mastermod for being there for me for the last few months to help me and everyone in the coop for the support.
Anywho, I might as well just come out now and get it done.
I am trans
So that’s the thing. I’m trans and prefer female pronouns when talking about me or my ponysona, which I will be posting a few pics I’ve been drawing to help build up the courage to say this.
One more thing, I am looking into HRT and my friend who has transitioned told me what to look for. What I need and how I should do it so I’m gonna try and see if I can get what I need.
I tried to drown this out by reblogging many random posts and hoping nobody would see it. I realized I probably shouldn’t do that so I’m gonna leave this here for everyone to see.

Do you know how complex the flavor profile for fat alone is? Let’s also talk about charing. Charring is caused by amino acids and sugars in meat reacting with heat to develop that rich flavor. The Maillard reaction.
Any fat can be used to fry things, though some fats are better, and if you’re allowing the frying fat to get into the food then you’ve done something wrong.
