Good Notetaking
This is the system I’ve used since my sophomore year of high school for notes and its worked consistently, all the way through to my senior year of college. I hope it helps!
- I generally use three different color pens in bright shades. You want your notes to be something you enjoy looking at. One color is for headings and important, must remember facts (pink). One color is for key words and theories (green) and one is for definitions (purple).
- If I’m given a diagram during a lecture, I do my best to copy it down. Then I try to describe whats going on in my own words. Having a mental image of some important process has saved my but on an exam multiple times!
- I also draw little example pictures inline with the text of my notes as additional memory devices.
- If the professor makes the class slides available before the lecture, I’ll print them and write general summaries of the material in my notes ahead of time. That will save you from rushing in lecture and give you more time to ask questions about the things you don’t understand.
Generally, my notes don’t come out as neat as they are here. Most of the time, I end up copying them over so they’re easier to read and study from. Plus you get the added bonus of extra revision!

I literally just use a pencil and never look at my notes again. I take notes almost solely for making that brain connection of writing down what I’m learning.
I draw random pictures while the teacher talks. Everyone learns differently.

So about ghirahim…. I ilke that he seems insane but his fighting is very not what one would expect from someone like him. I mean, if he was calm and collected, like an evil mastermind who eventually shows his insanity, then that would be fine, but he is insane from the start. I was expecting something more like zant outside of hyrule castle. So that’s three characters who I dislike from this game.

adult’s movies: sex, explosions, yelling, cheap love story
kid’s movies: deep heart-wrenching death, moments where you question your own values, humor, adult jokes splashed in, the secret to the entire universe, sometimes explosions too

why celsius/centigrade is better than fahrenehenheit
- easier to spell
- all water below 0 is ice. easy and logical
- all water above 100 is steam. easy and logical
- if it’s 1 degree outside one day and 10 degrees the next you can literally say it’s 10x warmer and you aren’t even exaggerating
why farhenininheniehenhet is better than centigrate/celsius
- it isn’t
I feel like I’m the only one who likes fahrenheit more than celsius. Metric is by far superior, but temperature in metric isn’t based off the same decimal scale as the other units. I like fahrenheit because it’s a good scale for the temperature outside, which is the most common way for describing temperature. 0 is extremely cold and 100 is extremely hot. It’s uncommon to go below zero and it’s uncommon to go above 100. And 50-60 F is a pretty mild/medium temperature.
Were the fuck do you live where 50-60 is “normal?” Here, 70-85 is normal.
