I am a few years from 40, and I cuddle a Blue Mighty Morphin Power Ranger plush. I had it next to me and had a bad dream, woke up, grabbed it and cuddled it, falling back asleep right after with no more bad dreams.
34, haven’t really done much in sleeping with plushies in my life, not even in childhood.
But I begun recently when starting to have problems sleeping, and I regret nothing. Very comforting.
