that was just for the hello nurse song. seven fit better syllable-wise than eleven, so they went with seven. he’s not actually seven

theyre nearly 100 years. One of the episodes stated they were created in the 30s and have wreaking havoc on the warner lot ever since.

that being said, i think theyre still considered kids due to how they age. iirc tiny toons explained how toon age works.
