just so you guys are all aware, the only reason gritty exists is allegedly because the NHL made a rule that every team HAD to have a mascot and were apparently assholes about it. so the fliers made him as a chaotic fuck you. hell the first tweet made on his official account was a “sleep with one eye open” threat towards another mascot for making fun of his design
people on twitter screaming that it’s abusive to not buy the harry potter game because think of the poor devs is so funny. these people have literally no idea how the gaming industry works
no one in the history of the written language has got mad when someone said they weren’t buying a call of duty game, but apparently you are literally killing game devs if you don’t support a game from a billion dollar franchise
“jk rowling had nothing to do with the story so she doesn’t get any money off of it” could you imagine someone arguing that george lucas made no money at all off star wars merch
