I can’t believe it’s been 10 years since this whole hellhole of madness started. I feel grateful and cursed at the same time for joining this fandom years ago. My friend introduced me to homestuck back in 2013 and I’m still a trash for this fandom till now. honestly most of the fandom I joined in 2013 are the ones I’m still addicted to. Of course the first time I read this webcomic I was shocked because there are too many pages and tons of texts. But, since my friend recommended it and I had the dedication to read it, I managed to catch up in a few months. It was painful at first. Plus, English isn’t my first language so I tried my best to understand the whole thing. No one knew about homestuck in my school so that online friend was the only one I could talk to about homestuck. this young man’s story entertained my teen life. I love him and his friends.

i know people have probably talked about this before but being a villager in Minecraft must be bizarre. one minute you’re a blacksmith minding your business and suddenly some flat faced dude with godlike power goes into your house, steals armor and food, maybe takes one of your ovens, then starts going after the neighbors crops, grabs some of the torches, and just rolls on out like it never happened. maybe shows up again a few days later wanting to trade shit and you don’t really want to but fuck thats a lot of iron ore they’re offering up, and you’ve got some extra emeralds lying around, so maybe you can overlook that they kicked Jeff out of his house so that they could hide from zombies at night.
2) toxic is about BRITNEY being toxic and self aware while moving forward! it’s upbeat, it’s a proclamation of SELF. she might be emitting nuclear waste but she’s GOT this shit. this IS the nuclear reactor. chernobyl is sentient and she is a BAD BITCH
3) bad romance is about gaga being in a fucked up relationship and feeling hopeless because she’s stuck in the cycle of addiction, to substances AND her SO. ultimately she doesn’t know what to do and is uncertain and broken but will keep dancing in those eight inch heels until she bleeds
