fat trans ppl deal with a lot of shit and its so sucky because some people will only support skinny trans ppl bc thats all they can conceptualize and accept when trans ppl in actuality come in all different types of bodies
if u dont support fat trans ppl the way u support skinny trans ppl u need to rethink what kind of “ally” u are.
As a fat trans woman this is so true even within the trans community. I’ve had so many other trans women invalidate me, be dismissive of my issues and experience, and so forth simply because of my size. It’s really fucking disappointing to run into.

I’m a huge sucker for characters that chose to be heroic. Like, no big prophecy, no great chosen one moment, just someone who consciously decided to do the right thing because someone fucking had to.
im down for people who arent the heroic type and are scared to death about the conflict but step up because nobody else will. Ones that are terrified but still fight in spite of it.
I think we, as a general community, need to start taking this little moment more seriously.
This, right here? This is asking for consent. It’s a legal necessity, yes, but it is also you, the reader, actively consenting to see adult content; and in doing so, saying that you are of an age to see it, and that you’re emotionally capable of handling it.

1) chosen to go onto AO3 in the first place
2) chosen the fandom you wish to read about
3) had the chance to filter for the things you do want to see like a specific pairing or a specific AU
4) had the chance to specifically filter out any tags you don’t want to see like, oh I don’t know, incest and non-con and dub-con and paedophilia
