Next time I get called in for jury duty imma just… walk out halfway through the opening statements
If a juror got up and walked out during the opening statements in literally any other trial anywhere in the country, they would be immediately removed from the jury and possibly charged with contempt of court.
Every senator who got up and walked out of the senate chamber during the opening statements should be expelled from this trial and have their vote as a member of the jury stripped from them, for violating the rules of the proceedings and their oaths to impartiality and the constitution.
Yes, even democrat senators.
