Harry Potter AU in which Fred and George are in different houses and they steal and wear each others ties whilst doing stupid things in hope of the others house losing points

Finally a Fred and George AU that doesn’t make me want to set myself on fire.

AU where Fred and George are in different houses and they get their hands on house ties from the other two houses as well. By the end of their first year nobody knows which house either of them is in and just take points off a random house whenever they see a redhead getting up to something.

The confusion runs so deep by the time Ron starts that Snape once takes points off Slytherin for Ron fighting with Malfoy.

There’s a few months in Fred and George’s second year when they successfully convince most of the school that they’re actually quadruplets, one in each house.

“George! Why are you wearing a Slytherin tie?”

“What? No, I’m Edward. Y'know, Slytherin’s resident Weasley?”

“Wh…huh???”

“Next you’ll be telling me you don’t know Hubert!”

“?????”

All the other Weasley kids go along with it and manage to convince the entire school that there are 4 of them. Even Harry isn’t quite sure there are only 2

it got better!

head canon accepted.

i would love to see how year 5 plays out in this AU.

Anonymous asked: can link contact the previous heros like how the avatar can contact the previous avatars? can a new hero be born without the previous dying if the previous was no longer fit to serve the role?

earthnashes:

So I’m gonna answer your questions in reverse order so my answers flow in a more cohesive set up:

A new hero can’t be born while the current one is still alive: in my headcanon Link is always the same person no matter what lifetime he’s living in, so it’s basically the same guy reincarnating in a different point of time. <:

With that said, Link can’t contact or interact with the spirits of his past lives, or at least not in the way Korra or Aang did in Avatar. This is partly because of his reincarnation cycle: like said above, he is reborn to different parents and a different timeline, but it’s always the same person (maybe somewhat different in mannerisms and such depending on environment but largely exactly the same).

However, there is a way for him to interact with his past lifetimes. So this idea was inspired by @zanarnaryon and this post HERE.

At some point during my timeline, Link will have to undergo the Trial of the Hero, in which he will have to prove himself worthy of not only wielding the Master Sword, but also to test his resolve as the Chosen Hero by fighting himself from previous lifetimes. Each incarnation retains the skill, wisdom, and experience they obtained before their cycle restarted: it can be likened to going back in time and encountering your past self.

The Master Sword (or more accurately, Fi) holds all of this within itself in the form of memories, and it releases them into a tangible opponent when it’s sheathed into its pedestal: though I have the idea that there’s more than one Master Sword pedestal and each corresponds to the location and environment a particular incarnation is most familiar with. For example: Link’s lifetime from Twilight Princess would be accessed by a Master Sword pedestal housed in the Twilight Realm.

I hope that makes sense! O:

sananaryon asked: I was thinking about a pretty cool concept for a Zelda game, where some of the bosses are previous incarnations of the Hero, all proper boss style. First Hero: The Hero of the Sky, Twilit Wolf: Hero of Twilight, and a two part battle against the Masked Savior: Hero of Time and the Hero's Shade

☑ the goddess’ trial

☑ the master trials

the Hero’s trial

YES PLEASE! the idea of fighting a protagonist you spent time with getting stronger and stronger is like, the coolest thing to me! (best example of this would be trainer Red)
