Like obviously i sympathize greatly w women who are in loveless, unhappy relationships but on the other hand its rly hard to swallow my words when said women project all their disatisfactions and flaws with their relationships onto me and other wlw as if we “have it so easy” by not being attracted to men
For instance, a real conversation i recently had with a straight woman:
Her: youre so lucky you dont have to worry about your girlfriend cheating on you
Me: i mean…i dont worry about that…bc i know she would never…do you worry about your husband cheating?
Her, laughing: of course! Everyone knows men are likely to cheat, especially with jobs like ours (shes a flight attendant, he’s a pilot)
Me: i mean…if he is a good husband then you should be able to trust him not to cheat on you, just as he trusts you not to
Her: …wym

negative man would be interesting but I dont think he was really part of the OG six? I’m thinking the six are gonna be Goblin, Sandman, Vulture, Mysterio, Electro, and Ock. It’d be a bit out of place but very interesting if they switch out Goblin for Kraven the Hunter but Goblin is more known I think and Oscorp has always played a decent role in the spiderman movies/comics
true but a big part of oscorp is that harry was peters friend. i think i dont think they’d make the same mistake amazing spiderman did and shoehorn harry into the series out of nowhere in the sequel after having no mention in earlier movies. thoguh considering what they did with MJ, i wouldnt be surprised if neds father was the ceo of oscorp. which is to say it owuld be an interesting twist that would cause even more drama than finding out MJ’s father was vulture

Not sure if I like that direction. Seems kinda like they’re trying to recreate the Spider-Man & Doctor Strange dynamic from the comics with this version of Mysterio. But if that’s the case, I don’t understand why they didn’t just bring Doctor Strange into the movie?
I mean they’re probably keeping the illusionist thing quiet for spoiler reasons. Gonna pretend Mysterio is a good guy wizard for 5 seconds so Spider-Man can get fooled a little bit.
