I have started my oneshot and all the PCs have started attacking each other.

I’m losing it. you know when you’re doing the Urn of Sacred Ashes and you have to do that puzzle with your companions? Well if you don’t bring anyone with you, the game will give you some Ash Wraiths so you can complete it.
