It’s more of a “I’ve been doing a job that consist in serve people and be always smiling, happy and good looking no matter how many bullshit they throw at you for over 10 years and I’ve been trough enought bullshit both irl and online, to actually care what people on the internet think of me” but yeah, whatever.

Japan’s complete lack of understanding of declining birth rates in relation to its work culture reminds me a lot of how America has an assumption that millennials are killing industries when the truth is they are more frugal because of a lack of funds.
Both come from a conservative mindset that neglects the impact that a toxic work culture can have on society.
A 80+ hour work week in order to maintain financial stability isn’t exactly a solid ground to date people and eventually build a family from a healthy relationship.
A workforce comprised of 20 somethings that make between 20-40k a year in entry positions isn’t a good ground to build a reliable consumer base when a huge chunk of that is going to rent, utilities, car payments, and student loans.

Notice the painting and the stuffed cow head. Stuffing and mounting an animal’s head is usually what you do with an animal that you’ve hunted and killed, not with domesticated farm animals that are slaughtered for their meat.
And that painting is based on a real painting of Theodore Roosevelt, who was (among many other things) a big game hunter.

Maybe the buffalo and hte european cows bred and made wild cattle?it wouldnt be the first time something native to europe ended up being wild in america after arriving. Look at horses.
