the point of this post is not about how people with APD can navigate these situations, the point is how whites use identity politics - such as disability in this case - to excuse and even justify their racism. if you’re focusing on how good a person you are because you are white and have APD and don’t verbally assault a person of color with accented english then you’re fucking missing the point. especially considering that no one is out here trying to teach people of color with APD how to navigate these situations, since 1) you all assume that only whites can be disabled and 2) that only whites need any empathy or guidance or benefit of doubt.
