I feel like you can’t judge monster factory all as a big group. Like if you pick favorites but everyone has to compete with the Final Pam like. Forget about it. And you gotta appreciate just. The ebb and flow of this series.
Obviously of course there’s Before Pam, PAM, and After Pam. But it won’t be long until there’s three times as many After Pam era episodes as there are Before Pam. This is as untenable as comparing the Pre-Pam era to the Post Pam era.
And so, I have taken it upon myself to catalogue the series into distinct chapters, grouped not just by time, but also by atmosphere. Please allow me to present…
The Monster Factory by Era
Phase 1 The Three Kings Squirtle, Cyber-Garfield, and Dark Vader. The Titans ruled the earth; overshadowed only by the gods who would depose them.
Phase 2 The Dawning of An Age D-Bomb, THe Pebble, Truck, Dino-Landsbury, The Boy Mayor of Second Life, Toucan Dan, Chiquita Dave. The wheels have found the road; the shape of the Factories purpose is clear now.
Phase PAM

Phase 4 The Cambrian Age Borth Sampson, Randy Johnson+Panpan, Rat Baby+ Succotash, #Noid, Justin, The Junker. Experimentation abounds: strange and wonderful new shapes fill the new niches in the environments.
Interlude Second Life, Second Chances Return of the Boy Mayor Dogs should be able to vote.
Phase 5 The Attitude Era Totinos, Melissa, Daz, Trülbus, Jaa’m, Shreck The Movie, Buzzbo the Bee Movie. From rude and rowdy beginnings come to a grim head in me beautiful spores.
Phase 6 A World Of Pure Imagination Turbovicki, Knife Dad, Jefferson Tallpipe, Granny Slime Back to basics, but with joy made all the brighter by the previous eras terrifying end.
Phase 7 Sweeps Week Perfect Strangers, Family Matters, Full House, Dharma and Greg, Fråsîér, Everybody Loves Raymond, Boba Fett, The OC, Todd Coolbody, Golden Girls, Family Guy. Something had to be done about the ratings. But how sweeps is too sweeps? Someone must pay the Price.

This isn’t new in the world of TOS. It’s to allow Discord servers to send out the files you upload if they’re copyrighted or you “hold a license.” It’s intended that they can use third party CDNs to host content and send it around the world to users who you’ve sent it to.
The set of terms (use, host, reproduce…) is to let Discord and CDNs do stuff like compress and generate thumbnails of “content.”
And note the last sentence: “…in connection with operating and providing the Service.” What’s “the Service?” “By using or accessing the Discord application (the “App”) or the website located at https://discordapp.com (the “Site”), which are collectively referred to as the “Service,”…“
The Service is using the webapp or the desktop application. So, in agreeing to the TOS, you’re “granting” Discord a license to do provide that Service. You aren’t giving them ownership of the content - only a license. You still own the work, and the license you’re granting is only for use on Discord’s platform. Not, like, Hot Topic.
