Seriously that’s all it does. I’m feeling cheeky today, so I thought I’d share.
welp, i’ll be using this in every meeting i attend
So I work at a pretty progressive company so at t the last meeting I brought a click counter and I clicked it every time a man cut someone off. I used a pen pad to keep track of the women cutting someone off. Because it happened twice. Both times after they’d been cut off and were trying to finish a sentence. Eventually the men noticed the clicking and would pause and look around. At the end of the meeting I told them the results. In a one hour meeting men had cut someone off a total of 236 times. Two hundred and thirty six.
Fandom has gotten very…proprietary over the years and now is a good time as any to remind y’all that you don’t own the source material.
Creators are under no obligation to make your ship canon, redeem your problematic fav, or write their characters in a way that lines up with your headcanons.
You are playing in someone else’s sandbox, so don’t get your tailfeathers twisted when the creators don’t drop their plans for their product to conform to fandom demands.
Ah yes Gordon Ramsay, american chef Gordon Ramsay, the chef from america, known for being american, that Gordon Ramsay
Actually, this is the American form of Ramsay. The British form says nice things to children and prepares meals for his friends and family.
The American form is a gaping hellmaw from which anger flows like a broken dam.
The British form appears on kids’ TV baking biscuits with his youngest daughter and the actual Cookie Monster.
British Gordon Ramsey is the purest thing on TV. American Gordon Ramsey is terrifying.
I just marathonned through all of Kitchen Nightmares US and let me tell you… US Gordon Ramsay is not that terrifying. Honestly, he really only yells when people don’t listen to him when he speaks normally or when he needs to express the gravity of something (like contaminated food). Even in Hell’s Kitchen his yelling is because people don’t listen to him when he speaks normally.
The main difference between British Gordon Ramsay and American Gordon Ramsay are the people he’s talking to.
gordon ramsay is pure. even when hes yelling, hes yelling at those who need to be yelled at
This Lovecraftian monstrosity may look like an amalgam of dying octopuses, but it’s actually a single creature called a Basket Star, a type of deep sea brittle star. They can reach up to 11 pounds in weight and 70 cm in length!
I am Silver Tongue, I am an artist. I have many characters and you can check out my art in the art tag. I occasionally practice witchcraft though I don't do anything too complicated. I am girl 2 and don't know what else to put here.
