Today in D&D the party came upon a cult of Tiamat’s hideout.

During the final battle, the changeling transformed into Tiamat, rolled a nat 20 on deception, and masterfully roleplayed to convince the cultists and their pet dragon wyrmlings that the party were more competent followers than them.

It was fucking perfection.
