The Pedestrian is a cleverly crafted 2.5D puzzle platformer in which you help a stickman traverse a network of interconnected signs, adjusting them and linking them to solve sign based spatial puzzles.

“We really want to celebrate what makes animals different. Elephants should be big, and mice should be small, and we should kind of play the scale true as we can. How do you get a tiny little rabbit and a big elephant in the same shot together without it looking weird? It was a rough challenge, but the results, that’s what makes it unique.” — Rich Moore, Director.
This was a favorite detail of mine. In a film about how diversity relations, animals with realistic differences was a must. It showed great examples that you can’t give everyone the exact same treatment because no two people are exactly alike. Smaller creatures have smaller doors, giraffes have drinks lifted up to them, and a whole (very nice) district is created with rodents’ size and activities in mind. It might sound silly, but they were great examples of accessibility and fair, not equal treatment.
