I want an ARG that revolves around players following really convoluted and needlessly difficult steps, similar to those 1990s video game websites that said you could unlock bomberman in smash bros, or luigi in mario 64.
Finish the Bowser’s Castle track in time trial backwards and circle the bowser statue in a solid drift 3 times to unlock the green thwomp.
So I watched Aku’s origin story recently and he seems to be an evil tree.
There’s actually an origin before the tree that you see later on in the series.
yeah. He was originaly just the essence of chaos fighting the gods. When the gods got the upper hand, the chaos shot out a small chunk of itself and it traveled through the heavens for millennia until it finally settled on earth to become tar. The tar slowly spread through millions of years, consuming dinosaurs, animals and people. Jacks father used an arrow imbued with magic to try and defeat it but that only gave the chaos a sentient form that is aku. aku then ruled for a few years until the gods gave jacks father the sword and he sealed aku in the ground as a tree for like 12 years. honestly, as far as sealing spells go, that was probably the shittiest. I mean, how the fuck can you not at least get 100 years out of it.
