This was a hate crime against the LGBT community (who I might add many were Latinx, since the shooting in Pulse happened on Upscale Latin Night), but please don’t jump to conclusions and use this situation to justify Islamophobia. Many people are dead and many more injured are in desperate need of help, focus on helping those out instead.

Wanting a restaurant to adhere to health protocol is now racist.
How do these people function or does their stupidity just keep them rolling?
Okay since this post is back on my dash
I went on Yelp and looked up SEVERAL restaurants that specialize in European or American cuisine (or white people restaurants for the race obsessed crowd) and I could easily find reviews with the word clean mentioned.
People literally do this for any restaurant they review; they don’t single out ethnic restaurants because racism. It’s not that deep.
Maybe if you knew how important food safety is or even watched one episode of kitchen nightmares, you wouldn’t raise a fuss about people writing “clean” on a restaurant review. I’ve said this before, but when people visit a restaurant, a lot of them would like to know if it’s actually clean so no one gets fucking sick.

don’t feel guilty if you ever feel the need to blacklist posts or avoid information regarding this hate crime or any other tragedies that come up in the future for the sake of your mental health, especially for those who have anxiety and are prone to panic attacks. constantly hearing about shootings and homophobia and general hatred and thinking about all the lives lost can tear you apart and choosing to avoid explicit details does not mean that your heart does not go out to the victims or their families.
